The Class FundSeeder Harvest is a share class included in the RQSI Global Asset Allocation Master Fund, LLC (the ‘Fund”). As outlined in more detail in the PPM, Certain Classes in the Fund, including RQSI Eclectic Alts Class and FundSeeder Harvest Class will invest in trading strategies that are managed by outside managers (“Sub-Managers”). The success of the trading strategies of many Sub-Managers may depend on the existence of certain trends and/or price relationships between similar financial instruments. There can be no assurance that such trends and/or relationships will be of sufficient frequency and duration for the Fund to profit from these strategies, and major market events or other factors could conceivably disrupt those trends and/or relationships for a sufficient period of time to cause losses to the Fund.

RQSI may receive incremental compensation from the Sub Managers related to any services provided to the Sub Managers including support for marketing, back office and trading activities. In addition, RQSI may receive revenue share payments from the Manager based on additional revenues generated outside of the initial funding provided by the RQSI Global Asset Allocation Master Fund, LLC in the FundSeeder Harvest Class.
